I'm a CFO with over two decades of experience helping companies grow, adapt and prepare for what's next - from IPOs and M&A to fast-paced scaling and international expansion. I’ve worked in-house at board level, and now support multiple clients through Alula in a fractional model.
What I enjoy most is making sense of complexity - asking the right questions, building systems that last, and helping people make confident decisions. I bring structure without rigidity, calm without complacency, and clarity without ego.
